Terms of Use

Effective July 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of squadworks.ai and the SquadWorks client portal, run by SquadWorks LLC of Manhattan, Kansas. If you have signed a Web Development and Services Agreement with us, that agreement governs your project; these terms cover the website and portal themselves, and the agreement wins wherever the two overlap.

The portal

Portal accounts are created through our intake or by us, and you sign in with a code we text to your phone. Keep your phone secure; anyone with your phone and number can access your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has gotten in.

What you submit

You are responsible for what you upload and submit: you must have the rights to the content you share with us, and you agree not to submit anything unlawful, malicious, or intended to disrupt the service. We may remove content or suspend access that abuses the service.

Electronic signatures and payments

Agreements offered through the portal are signed electronically, and those signatures are binding as described in the agreement itself. Payments are processed by Stripe under your agreement's terms and the invoice or subscription you approved.

Our content

The design, text, and software behind squadworks.ai and the portal belong to SquadWorks. Do not copy or reuse them without permission. Ownership of work we build for you is spelled out in your agreement.

No warranties on the site

The public site and portal are provided as is. We work to keep them fast, accurate, and available, but we do not guarantee they always will be. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site itself; liability related to a paid project is governed by your agreement.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do, and continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
